Scum Rats

Go Out In A Scum Dream (1989)

This is the debut album from another fast rockin, wild German Psychobilly band, that saw the light of day in the late 1980īs . Tho the tempo of most of the tracks are is incredible fast, the trio remains very "Billy", with a largely clear guitar sound on most of the tunes, the furious slapped double bass of Charlie Fallensteller, who later joined the Radiacs, and some certain boot-stomping melodies. The album was re-released with their follow-up full-length offering Let Me Bad in 2002. Highlights are definitely Scum Of The Night, Die To Be Free, Scum Love and their two solid cover versions of I Love Rock & Roll and Runaway.
