Boppin´ Kids

Go Wild!(1986)

This is the debut album from arguably Italy's most popular contribution to the  mid-80s Psychobilly / Neorockabilly boom. It includes their cover version of Tainted Love, that was a solid hit in Italy´s Independent chart and an alternative take of their Neorockabilly Story classic Castle Of Death. In a nutshell, you have twelve solid rocking tracks, youthful enthusiasm and a nice mix of popular covers and self-penned stompers on a 12´´ piece of vinyl. Highlights: Crazy Love, Go Wild and Fire In My Soul

Just For Fun(1988)

This is the second and last long-playing record from the Italo-billies before they eventually vanished without a trace for about two decades. Uptempo Rockabilly sounds generated by a nice slapped double bass and  twangy guitar play were recorded for Polygram Records back in 1988. Some real catchy melodies round up the the whole thing. The album includes 12 tracks, most of them originals. The album is finally available together with the Go Wild! platter on one CD. Highlights: Feel So Lonely, You Make Me Smile, Do You Love Me and Horks.
